Cynthia is a pharmacist and health economist with over 10 years of experience both as an ambulatory care clinician and health economics researcher. She has extensive manuscript, abstract, and meeting presentation experience, and has worked on several expert witness reports for litigation involving major healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.

Cynthia received her PharmD and PhD from the University of Southern California.
